Tax Return（確定申告）の仕方

l  PAYG PAYMENT Summary

退職後に職場に請求すると発行してもらえます。（法律で申請から2週間で発行するようになっているらしいです。）

＊私は退職後、職場にメールして発行してもらいました。

l  Tax File Number

Payment Summaryに記載されているものと同じことを確認。

l  振込先銀行の詳細

BSB number・Account numberが必要です。

 

個人で申請も可能ですが、私はややこしかったのでケアンズの日本人の税理士さんにお願いしました。http://www.ezytaxonline.com.au/ja/　

私は直接オフィスに伺いましたが、オンライン申請もできるのでケアンズ以外にいる人も便利ですよ。

日本への送金もしてもらえるので、振込前にAusの銀行を閉じてしまっても大丈夫でした。とても丁寧に対応してもらえたので良かったです。

あとSuperannuationの返金の対応もしてもらえます。

Helpxが終わってホストさんを去る時には、ホストさんに自分のリファレンスを書いてもらえるか尋ねてみて♡　いいリファレンスがあると、他のホストさんにも信頼してもらえてオファーや、ステイのOKがもらえやすい＾ｖ＾

ちょっと聞きにくい時があるかもだけど、そんな時はまず自分がホストレビューを書いて、その後にお願いをしてみては?　Give and Receive!

HelpX: References

It is always good to  get a reference from a helpx host.  It helps other hosts to get known about you.  In my opinion, many hosts take a look both your profile and the references to consider your stay.  So, having a good references on your profile is a big advantage.
The best my to get a good reference is work hard and build a good relationship with the host, of course! And then, I personally recommend you to write a host review to the host first and so it is easy for you to ask the host to give you a reference too.

You just need to write down whatever comes from you heart!!

Helpxサイト上で気になるホストさんに出会ったら、メッセージを送ってみて!　
旅の予定が決まっているなら、早め（私の場合は遅くても4週間前）にコンタクトを取るのがお勧め＾ｖ＾　ホストさんも予定を立てれるし、早めだと他のヘルパーがまだ連絡をしてないことが多いのでOKが来やすいですよ～。

私の場合は最初のメールには以下のことを記入します。
1. 名前
2. 国籍
3. どれくらい旅をしてるか
4. 現在地
5. 次の目的地と旅の予定（何時からとどれくらいの期間か）
6. ホストさんに興味をもった理由

こっちがホストさんの詳細を知りたいように、向こうもこっちのことを知りたいと思います。だからコピー＆ペーストの文章をたくさん送るのではなく、時間がかかるけど一人ひとりパーソナルなメールをするのがいいと思う。（*ホストページからは、ヘルパーが誰にいつ何文字のメッセージを送ったかがチェックできるので、コピペした文章を送ったかどうかはすぐバレるので要注意!）

When you find a host who you are interested in, why don't you send him/her a message?
I normally make a travel plan in advance so I make a contact with hosts at least 4weeks before than my plan.  I highly recommend you to ask the host about the place in advance so they could also make a plan. 

Here, the things that I mention on my first email;
1. Name
2. Nationality
3. How long have I been the country
4. Current location
5. Next destination and travel plan (when and how long will I be)
6. The reasons why I am interested in visiting the host

You want to know the details about the hosts so same as the hosts, they also want to know about you!   If you want attract their interests of having you, you need to make a message personal, Not copy and paste as helpx tips said!!

Cambridge FCE

I am willing to pass Cambridge FCE exam this year.  It is not quiet famous in Japan yet but it is the world well known English exam.

I currently start some exercises from How topass FCE exam which is very useful!

There are a lot more to learn and practice for the test but I will do my best to archive the goal!!

Eco Village!!

I have move to Nubeena in Tasmania.  It will be the last destination for my trip in Tas.
I will be staying at Parsons Bay Retreat for 10weeks as a helpx helper!!
Today was my first working day and I have done housekeeping for 6hours.
After that I was free so I jumped into the pool and sauna that the place owns!!
There is a beutiful beach near by, so I am excited to go there tomorrow♡

Brockley Estate♡

Brockley Estate is a lovely B&B which is located in Buckland, Tasmania.
I had worked there for 6weeks as a helpx helper and had a wonderful time!!
The accommodation is really beautiful and the food they serve for the guests is very delicious!!  Their speciality is a Spanish food♡ 
I met lovely people there, the host, the other helpers from France and the locals! 

There are standing beaches and nice restaurants(pizza and fish&chips) in the area^v^
Oh, you should eat Spring Bay Mussels!! It is really nice!!

The nest destination

I am off to Burnie, North Tasmania on 19th!  I am so excited to visit the city and the area♡
I will be helping for the host as a helper for 3weeks!  Then, I am going to go to Nubeena to visit an ecovillage, Tasman Ecovillage and will be working at Parsons Bay Retreat as a helper for 1-2months!!
